Listeria fears??

Question

I feel like my only fear I have about my pregnancy is listeria! I feel like everything I eat is contaminated somehow and feel awful eating anything. Also the only thing I've been able to stomach is sandwiches (which I've heated the meat up until it steams) but even then I'm so worried! Thoughts??

This is literally the least of my worries while pregnant lol. Mine is having to take antibiotics if GBS positive. Everyone has their own worst fears during pregnancy. Just try not to stress too much. :)

I'm the same way, and I'm finally over the morning sickness and back to eating tons of fresh produce. I find myself being a little OCD if the food isn't being cooked. I super wash everything and every time I touch something new, I wash my hands before going into the next food. My hands are so dry and cracked from all the washing. Oh and going to the grocery story is a nightmare when I need to pick up produce.
