How to word it?

I plan to only tell close family and one friend that I'm in labor (if it ever happens. Due tomorrow and no signs except a bloody show). But how do I tell them not to post anything before we post about it ourselves? In a nice way. I know these people are going to be excited but we're not going to tell "the world" (social media) until we're home from the hospital. I just don't want to hurt any feelings but also I want people to do what I say (lol). Thanks!
