😁😩 mine are inside so they aren't exactly painful but itch. It's a nightmare. There are creams and wipes. Drink tons of water too. Good luck

Make sure they aren't fissures! I got them after I had my son and it was the worst pain of my life! Witch hazel pads helped and warm baths.
