I know a couple of 18-19 year olds who were born at 20-21 weeks.  One of them weighed only ounces, she was a smart, healthy teenager.  I say with God, all things are possible.

The hospital I'm registered at has a state ranked NICU and high risk pregnancy facility. Now that I'm 21 weeks they will do whatever it takes to save my baby!!! Prayers to all mommies to go full term.

My niece and nephew were born 3 months early. Were practically see through and had heart monitors for the longest time. They are celebrating their 11th birthday today and your never know it to see the healthy kids they are!

The hospital I work at has the technology to treat and maintain a baby that has been born at 22 weeks. But it's really pushing it. Although the hospital technology is important, I think it really depends on how strong the baby is.
