Anyone with tricare prime?

Does anyone know if tricare prime covers breastpumps? I've heard that most insurances do now but you can never be sure with them.

Unfortunately they do not. I read that it was part of the DOD 2015 budget to try and get breast pumps and lactation consultants covered. But the fiscal year started at the beginning of October and I haven't been able to find any updates.

They don't unless your baby is premature. It's specifically stated on their website. However, the McCaskill Bill is aiming to change that and provide breast pumps to all those covered by Tricare prime.  Most likely the bill will pass and changes will be made spring 15.
