Period and pregnancy

Hello ladies !

My husband and I were trying 3 weeks ago for a baby. I got my normal period, unfortunately...it was normal for the most part except for the last couple days it was very spotty and inconsistent. I always have a very normal and predictable cycle. I have had an upset stomach the last three days and have to pee a lot. Is there a way I could be pregnant even though I got my period ? I am on a roadtrip and it is a bit hectic to take a test so thought I'd try here until I can.
