You DON'T have to heat the lunch meat. My doctor laughed at this idea. They are fine to eat. I've been eating all of those since I've been pregnant and baby is fine

I would not each lunch meat because of the possibility of listeria unless they are heated. But that's just me

It's different depending on where you are. In the UK you can eat all of these as the food standards they are made to mean they won't have listeria. It has also been recently changed that we can have undercooked eggs as all hens are now vaccinated against salmonella. But it may not be the case where you are, best to check local advice and with your own doctor/midwife.

I got sick so bad from a hot dog at a professional baseball game like 6 years ago. I was hospitized and in a induced coma for 3 days. So I don't care how hot you get it. I wouldn't eat it. (It was a steamed hot dog) I have a fear though. Ha ha.
