so I sneezed for 16 hours yesterday. I did take Claritin and Benadryl. I went to sleep 5 hours ago, but this is probably the 6th time I have been awake unable to breathe out of my nose. My throat is killing me. I sleep with a humidifier. Definitely worse when laying down. So currently I'm SITTING in bed while my husband snoozes. If only I could sleep sitting up...
