Stretching your body
I am taking full advantage of being able to stretch right now lol. I took it for granted with my first pregnancy and then after awhile I couldn't stretch at all. My back always hurt and my legs were sore. But now I stretch as much as I can lol And I'll already finding the best place to get a massage when I'm further along lol. My husband had to give me a massage every day after 26 weeks.
