Has there been anyone on here that did

NOT tell anyone they were in labor ? And like not told anyone until hours after the baby was born or until the next day. I kind of want to do that to avoid my crazy MIL ruining my birth again but I already know my husband is going to tell her -.- I just would like to keep it a secret it would be a nice surprise in my opinion. I want to know what everyone else thinks ? I feel like in my case I don't need the extra stress and would like some alone time with my baby and husband before visitors start barging in and passing my baby around. Hopefully I can make my husband understand like I know that's his mom but I don't need her help or for her to be there she's welcome to stop by hours AFTER the baby is born or the next day.
