Spotting/bleeding
I am 5 weeks pregnant and i noticed when I went pee and wiped I had a bright red penny sized blood on it. Now when I wipe I am seeing some red spotting but not as bright. I have no cramping or anything. But could this be a sign of a miscarriage?
