Help!!!!!
Extreme lower back pain!!!!! I'm only 116 pounds and I'm 14 weeks and four days. Idk what's safe to take I don't really want pill and the heating pad makes me way to hot! I really want to use icy hot and keep reading mixed reviews . Any one else having lower back pain to the point they can barley stand or walk or turn over in bed :( ?
