Just wondering is there anything to worry about if you are not spotting or bleeding ..... Don't feel any movement at 20 weeks have my ultrasound tomorrow and just really nervous after miscarriage ...: besides tender breast and tender abdomen I don't feel pregnant ..... Nervous about ultrasound tomorrow ....
