Reposting because I accidentally deleted it. Ok so scenario situation would you let your baby go to a daycare that had help from a 10-16 year old? When I was 10 I started helping my grandma in her daycare. I fed babies, changed them, and held them and played with the older kids. I feel like that's crazy when I have my baby I don't think I'd want a 10 year old helping in their daycare. I had a lot of experience at that age but still it's weird all the parents were ok with it. Would you be ok with it?
