Question

okay mommies, I have a question. My morning sickness is nearly lasting all day.. I'm iffy about medicines to stop it. Most smells make me sick.. no matter what it is. Any tips to help it?

For me these things helped...
- Strong breath mints
- Ice cold water
- Fresh lemon wedges
- Peppermint (and lime) tea
- Being outside as much as possible in fresh air (windy days worked best)
- Small plain-mild tasting snack every 1.5 - 2hrs

I've found that for me, I feel worse if I'm staying still a lot like sitting or laying in bed, and also when I start to feel my body heat up. I also try to stay clear away from triggers, eg. Our fridge when open, raw or cooking meat, smokers, perfumes, etc.

Snack every hour, and drink Gatorade, That helped me. I wasn't keeping enough electrolytes because I had been throwing up, which made me feel worse. Gatorade saved the day.
