Yogi moon cycle tea?

Question

Decided to try out yogi's moon cycle tea after reading it can help with irregular cycles. Mine's currently 16 days with 8-10 days of bleeding and it's unbearable, I'm so over being on my period all the time. Has anyone ever tried it out to regulate their cycle? And did it work?

I'm gonna be trying it soon.. I'll let you know.. I've been on my period for a long time.. I can't take it .. I'm desperate... I'm tryin any and everything 😳😣

Tried another box of it for af cramps and etc.... it was awsome ... it helped my cramps feel soooo mu he better ... it was manageable and it did make me feel calmer and all that . The taste was biter and yucky so I added sugar and lemon... waaaayyyyy better but all in al it helped me during my af. And I do recommend it .
