Having menstrual like cramps but getting faint positives? Have anyone had cramps and ended up preggo? Thanks!!

Yep pregnancy cramps feel just like period cramps. I had them when I found out I was pregnant

Both my mom and sister though they were getting af when they were pregnant, so yes cramping can happen :)

I was having cramps (not as bad as AF) but I thought she was coming. Took a test 3 days after my missed period and it was a faint positive. Took 3 more over the next 2 days and all definitely positive! Blood test just confirmed it! Good luck to you and I hope everything goes well.

I'm with ya. AF is due in 2 days and I'm cramping in the front which never happens. Usually my period cramps are in my back. Strange stuff...
