Bad stomach ache in first trimester :( TMI
Has anyone had a bad stomach ache from the food they are while pregnant? I ate something that upset my stomach so bad and it left me with those painful gas bubbles and diarrhea. I even had to throw up what was making me feel so nauseated. What did you do/take to help with your upset stomach and diarrhea?
