I'm currently 21 weeks 1 day, and I just have horrible back pain to where I can't sleep in the night anymore I toss and turn consistently and it's even uncomfortable to sit in my car for 10 mintues I can't get comfortable at all. I had scoliosis as a kid from a bad accident but I never checked into it now being 20 and I had the accident when I was 9.. What are good remedies or how do I bring it up to my dr without trying to sound like I'm complaining or asking for medications which I am not asking for pain meds maybe a cream? But I just seriously can't take the pain and I don't know what to do. 😰
