Anyone else taking progesterone suppository?

I had a miscarriage in may of 2015 and I'm pretty sure my Dr placed me on them for good measure just wondering if anyone else is taking or has had to take them? And how did things work out for you? :)

I'm on the oral progesterone. Started it last week. So far it minimized my cramping/spotting. Thank God!

I was on them for the first 16 weeks. I'm 21 weeks now :)

I took them till about 13 weeks, I'm now currently 25 almost 26 weeks! Be prepared that they will make you sleepy! Other then that you should be good! After 12 weeks the placenta will take over!

I took the suppositories for a week before they put me on the shots because of my short cervix & it had grown a lot in just one week. The only side affect I had was that I was breaking out a lot .

I just started taking them at 25 weeks because we just found out my cervix is gradually getting shorter. It's a precaution amongst other things. I don't think I've notice any side effects but I have a lot going on at this time.
One thing, I suggest wearing a thin panty liner. Sometimes it oozes out a bit the next morning when you get moving.

I was on them for the first 14 weeks. Listen carefully at what I'm about to tell you 😂: DO A CLEAN OUT EVERY NIGHT. In the shower, literally fingers yourself to get the build up out of there. My doctor failed to mention that to me and I was in so much pain. Tmi but my husband couldn't even get a finger in me because I had so much buildup from them. Once I started cleaning it out (and holy crap it was a lot) I was a completely different person. I felt so much better. It'll look like wet toilet paper is jammed up there.
