I need energy

I am 7weeks 5days pregnant.i am so tired and cant seem to get off of the couch.i have a ton of laundry to fold,dishes and basic pick up around the house but i cant seem to do it.i am a mom of 4 young children.and my house is a mess as soon as i get up i just sit back down.i hate feeling this way,what can i do?
