Anybody have low iron levels during pregnancy?! I've just been told I have low iron and needed to take an iron supplement with my prenatals. Kind of worried

I've had anemia (low iron) for my entire life. It's honestly nothing to worry about. You pretty much just bruise easier. Just take the supplements and you'll be fine(:

It is really common because our blood volume increases so much, that our blood iron concentration takes a while to catch up.. Eat iron rich foods and take an easily absorbed iron like Spatone or floravital

Dealing with the same thing, I'm due any day now and just as worried as you! Dr just said red meat, and iron supplements but they are hard for me to take so I honestly haven't been.. I'm a nervous wreak. Don't feel alone I'm right there with ya!
