Could really use some opinions please!! (kinda long but REALLY need some help)

So I've been having cramps and light bleeding mixed with ewcm. I'm on CD 16 and I'm not supposed to start my period for another 13 days!! I'm on my 2nd round of Clomid and my periods have been like clockwork so I just don't understand. I think I may have ovulated extremely early on CD 9 because my temp dropped to like 96 and normally it's almost 98. So if I did that would put me at 7 dpo. So could this be implantation bleeding I'm experiencing? I'm technically still in my fertile week!!!
