Pre packaged salads? Damn can i eat it

I'm about to be 25 weeks prego tomorrow and still sick as a dog. My daughters moves having become more prominent which makes me even more nauseous.

I'm so tired of what I can't eat.. Is it okay and safe to eat a pretty packaged salad from Walmart? Thoughts??

I followed the rules for my first trimester now I eat prepackaged salad, soft cheese, Deli meat, steak cooked medium...have your salad! You'll be fine!

I eat them. I eat the ones with the meat in them too. I don't follow the "rules"....lol

Yeah I'll be 25 weeks next week and I try to follow the rules in the first trimester and once I know baby is healthy, I eat what I want. My first pregnancy I did EVERYTHING by the book and it sucked lol not this time

Eat salad!! Even when not pregnant, I still wash "pre-washed" salad mix, just as added protection.
