Postpartum weight loss ideas?
Hey ladies!
So pre pregnancy I was about 114-120 pounds depending on if it was holiday time or not lol. Now I'm almost 32 weeks and weigh 166. I feel huge!
My fiance is a firefighter and also a partner in a landscaping company with our daughters godfather on the side since they both are firemen. Since he works long hours and I won't be returning to work because I'll be a stay at home mom, what ways did you guys find to lose weight? I thought about a belly band and taking walks with my daughter when she arrives since it'll be summertime.
Anybody else have other ideas than belly bands and walks? I've thought about yoga.
