Is it bad to drink soda while pregnant ? I crave it so much :( I'm in third trimester...

I personally follow the 'everything in moderation' rule. Should you have 10 sodas a day and no water? Definitely not  but I think one soda mixed in with lots of water and healthy juices is A-OK.

You should limit caffeine intake, but I know it's hard when you crave it. My best friend drank at least two a day her entire pregnancy and her baby is fine, I just personally wouldn't go overboard. I think having one now and again is okay 😊

Soda is bad for you when you are not pregnant so... It is safe to say it is bad for baby as well.

I never ever ever drink soda, even when not pregnant all I drink is water BUT this entire pregnancy has been awful and soda is the only thing I can keep down. I was In the hospital several times with dehydration until I tried soda

I'm so grossed out thinking about how much I've drank but water makes me immediately sick... I'm counting down the weeks until i can have a giant glass of cold water! Haha
