Glow never tells me to..

Glow never tells me to take a pregnancy test, I see ppl saying a lot that they took one bc glow said to but I never see that. I was supposed to start on the 7th and didn't so I took a test and it was negative. I still haven't started but I don't wNt to take a test I'm so tired of being disappointed that I feel like as soon as I take one it will be a BFN then I will start... To take one or not to that is the question...
