Food, Drink & Sleeping.
Please can somebody recommend an application that allows me to track food & drink intake & sleep?
I would prefer to only need 1 but I would consider 2 or even 3.
I don't think I'm eating enough during the day as I often feel like I shouldn't.
For example, when it's past 12, I refuse to eat breakfast but it's too early to eat lunch/dinner.
I know I'm not drinking enough - looking back I never have drank much but I can't drink water - either bottled or from a tap.
I usually drink juices.
Some days, I "forget" to eat or drink & will realise before going to bed.
With my sleeping, my pattern is never the same. I always wake up feeling ridiculously tired & I've never felt refreshed after sleep. I've tried sleeping less & sleeping more but nothing seems to work.
I don't think I get enough sleep as I'm constantly feeling drained & exhausted - but this could be because of my issues with food & drink.
I am constantly told to "rest" by family but as a naturally busy person, I feel like I can't. I lie down & relax but I can't fall back to sleep once I'm awake & I'll find something to do if I can.
I'm worried as I'm trying to allow myself to sleep for longer periods but then I keep reading conflicting articles.
For example, I read an article yesterday that said if you sleep for more than 7.95 hours, you're increasing your risk of serious - & possibly terminal - illnesses in the future.
I'm naturally anxious; I'm always stressed; so reading these kinds of articles worry me. I really want to sort these issues out as I'm worried it's going to seriously damage me & my body.
