Child support.

My ex and I have court coming up over child support he's not paying. He works a good job. But gets paid under the table. He's only paid 2 times (total of $200) in 8 months. He's suppose to pay $264 a month. He owes $6000 they've already suspended his license. He got them back. They suspended again. He got them back without paying child support. Now he's in contempt of court. He refuses to pay! Will they put him in jail?
