Should I be concerned?

I need some advice mommies..
I'm 38 weeks pregnant. Earlier today I went to the store today with a friend of mine and while we were shopping I sneezed and it literally felt like I broke a bone in my rib. (i obviously didn't break a bone) but I'm still in so much pain. My side is killing me. 
Has this happened to anyone??? Should I be concerned? It hurts to move. Baby's been moving though.

You could have broke a bone. My mom broke a rib with my brother right at 38/39 weeks. If it's pretty bad pain and not getting any better I'd go get it checked out.

Sounds like you pulled a muscle, should be fine.

You could have pulled a muscle. I did that about a month and a half ago. It hurt so bad. Lol.
