Bfp soon??

So I've had two dreams back to back ( the night before & last night ) that I took a pregnancy test & they both was positive! Me & SO did try pre-seed so hopefully it worked! I have a good feeling because I don't feel like af is coming. I have been having symptoms though. Tender boobs/nipples, itchy boobs/nipples ( a lot!! ), back aches, mood swings, peeing more than usual, little cramps, nausea ( not actually throwing up but feeling like it ), headaches, bloating. Oh & stretch marks! Idk if that has anything to do w it! I'm getting little/big red stretch marks on my sides & boobs! I'm now 4 days till af is due. What do you guys think?
