Butt cramps ?!?! 😳

Okay I'm 9 wks and I keep getting these cramps in my butt.... Anyone else experiencing this ?!

That happened to me early on too.. Only they were so intense I felt like I couldn't move.. Hurt so bad and the fact that I couldn't move just made me want to cry or laugh.

Yes,  it really sucks at 36+3. I get them mostly at night, after I finally find a comfortable spot....it won't be ignored or go away, lol, so I have to spend 10-20 more minutes trying to get comfortable.

Lol. It's a normal pregnancy thing. Up your potassium intake. Same deal as leg cramps really
