What is this?

So, I think I MAY have a yeast infection. I've never had one before though. I had a uti for the first time at the beginning of my pregnancy and I know that yeast infections are more common in pregnancy as well. My vagina is a bit itchy on the outside, it hurts to have sex so I don't now, it doesn't hurt to pee but it itches when I wipe, and I have this weird discharge that's never looked like this before. I had to put a towel under me because my undies are in the wash.
