Oh gosh any advice? Embarrassing problem😨

So I'm currently 23 w pregnant and yesterday we went to my SO family house cus they did BBQ chicken BUT later last night both ended up with terrible diarrhea😳 so here we are taking turns to use the bathroom.. Since I'm pregnant I know I'm limited to some medicine, any other suggestions?

My OB told me that after 12 weeks pregnant you can actually take Imodium for diarrhea. Hope this helps!
