Fell down the stairs today 😳 12weeks4days

Today I had a scheduled Dr appt (thank goodness) and an hour before I fell down my wood stairs hitting my butt on the way down. Although painful my biggest worry was my babe. It was the longest hour waiting to leave for my appointment. We had an ultrasound scheduled anyway and all is well! I was informed, a fall on the butt is nothing to freak out about but a fall on the belly is different and should be seen right away! Just a little fyi for any moms that may be as clumsy as me 😊
