Unsure

So I haven't had my period since January. I miss February and I'm supposed to be getting it today but nothing yet. Me and my SO had sex at the end of January we used a condom. I'm usually right on schedule with my period. I took 2 pregnancy tests last week about a week apart and both were negative. I am having no symptoms of pregnancy but I'm so unsure. Any suggestions? I would go see my doctor but I'm one of those people that won't go to their doctor until they have to! Thank you
