Help please

I want to leave my partner we've only been together a year and I found out we are five weeks 5 days pregnant. ... but he's expecting me to still work full time while looking my other child who is five and a St Bernard cross aswell as two rabbits and a guinea pig all he dose is sit on his arse all day every day I can't cope I'm thinking of aborting the baby I've waited so long for because I can't cope with all this .... He gave me a choice of him or the baby cause I told him the dog has to go .... because she shreds like no tomorrow and wees and poohs everywhere and it's always me who's left to clean it up .... aswell as taking her for walks etc she pulls me over I was rushed to ane today because of how I landed because of her ..... Please help ladies I need advice fast thank you for reading
