Grabbing hair while giving head

Does any of your SO grab your hair like if it's in a pony tail or whatever when you are giving him head? You know to kind of help steer your mouth in the right direction and satisfy him more? If so do you feel as though it's a good thing because he is helping you help him or do you feel like he really isn't enjoying it as much and you're failing?
