Try a clean wet towel and wrap it around your finger and try to clean the babies tongue and gums It's kinda like brushing his/her teeth but baby style ☺️

Take him to emergency room please its always worth it and that is not normal you got to think what he is feeling if it hurts!!!😟

It could be acid from his tummy. This happened to me when I was very young, every morning is wake up with black/dark green on my tongue and teeth. Turned out it was stomach acid and I have severe acid reflux. Def take baby to the dr.
