the Princess 👸🏼& the Coworker

There is a coworker who I think not sure if he likes me or not. Few weeks he had been flirty with me and even ask for my number to hang out. But being honest, I am playing hard to get and in fact once he invited me out and I text him that couldnt, with no further explanation. Anyways, so far in the office he told another coworker in front of me that "I am a princess / hard worker model" what does this mean? I am attracted to him but I don't want to make a move, should I do the move? Should I text him or wait for him to contact me? Please any advice will be appreciated
