Is your first trimester different from previous pregnancy?

I am beyond happy to be having another little one but the first trimester is so draining. I am trying my best to pull through but it's so exhausting. In comparison to my first pregnancy this is so much easier! I had non stop vomiting in my first pregnancy that stop when I finally had reached my second trimester! This pregnancy I am nauseous all day and I am fatigue even after a good night of sleep. Either way first trimester are not so easy. How is your going ?
