Allergies?!

I'm 22 weeks what can I take I feel like my head is huge and my nose is completely dried out, tons of headaches as well!! Thanks in advance!

I run a humidifier at night in my room (just make sure to keep it clean inside) and do nasal rinses with netipot. This has helped my nasal dryness and pressure a lot.

Lavender and lemon essential oils. Usually you add Peppermint too, but that's not good for breastfeeding. 2 drops of each in a show of water every morning should help!

Benadryl  clartin and zyrtec are approved for pregnancy. Just look it up and should be in your info if your dr gave u alist of approved medicines
