38+1 weeks dilated to 1cm. And my cervix is soft. Anyone else dialating?

Ill be 38 weeks tomorrow and im 4 1/2 cm and 80% effaced . i have an appt to be induced next thursday :)

39+1 50% effaced, not dialated, my OB said my cervix is super soft. So as soon an my little man drops I'm likely to go into labor.
