Hands always numb??

I wake up and go to sleep with numb hands now feeling during day at work is his normal????

I've had this same issue since the start of the year. It started with my right hand and spread to both. I'm now 39w 4d and have struggled the whole 3rd trimester. My doctor thought it was carpal tunnel but sent me to a chiropractor who said it was just swelling in my shoulder areas that is cutting off circulation to my hands. I've tried icing and soaking my wrists/hands with Epsom salt but nothing is helping. Hoping it goes away when he's born, I can't imagine having this issue with a newborn.

Mine started when I reached the 3rd trimester. I deal with the pain and numbness every single day and nothing have changed. My fingers become so stiff to the point where I can't move them. This is one of the worst part of my pregnancy. ( I also heard that sometimes it goes away after pregnancy and sometimes it doesn't) so hopefully everything will be normal after pregnancy.

My hands are really sore and I can't gain a firm grasp on anything. Last night, my left hand went numb when I was sleeping and my fingers were doing some weird double jointed movements. My doctor said it was normal last week because of the swelling.

I get that a little, I have a feeling it's like a swollen hand sensation so I'm not worried 😊
