It's honestly done so quickly you won't feel a thing. Maybe just take a Tylenol

Stay hydrated, eat light so you don't get sick from any anxiety problems and remember to breathe. Ngl, I smoked weed before mine and I didn't feel a thing. You could always take ibuprofen but watch out because that's a blood thinner so it could bleed for a while if you take too much, or you could take something like a muscle relaxer.

I thought that it would be super quick and done but it took longer than I thought (A really long inhale and a really long exhale) and of course it hurts like heck, you're getting a hole in your body. Just relax and take some deep breaths. Once it's over it doesn't hurt, just a little soreness. I would recommend sitting down and drinking some water and eating for a few minutes afterwards. After I got mine pierced I almost passed out
