38 + 1. Successful appointment.

I was super anxious for this appointment so it was awesome to get there and be checked to be told that I'm 80% effaced, 3-4 cm dilated and baby is at a -1. She sounded so surprised when she checked me and his head was literally right there!! She said she thinks if I get some good contractions going that I could be having a baby very soon. But if not, they do have a 40 week appointment scheduled for me and a 41 week induction. She doesn't think I'll need to be induced but you never know.
