At the moment me and my SO are planning our wedding so any spare money is going towards our venue, this means we can't do little dates anymore etc which I am absolutely okay with because he works really hard (I work full time too) to bring in enough with mine and his wages to live and pay for our wedding. Because we can't have little dates or spoil each other (yes there's more to a relationship than that) and do things other than stay in a have movie nights Etc he decides every week that because we can't do anything to show appreciation other than the usual affection way, every week when he gets paid on a Thursday he comes home from work with my favourite chocolate bar, a tub of ice cream & a bottle of something (surprises me wth something different each time) I never ask for this, I don't expect him to because it doesn't matter that we can't do little things right now but it's so amazing how even though things are tight he still wants to treat me after a long week at work even if it's just my favourite things. I love him so much. He's so thoughtful & attentive. I surprise him with small things too when I can but I just find it so sweet that without fail every week he wants to do this like a tradition. 6 years in and he's still the most amazing man and treats me like his princess and he is my king. Anyone else got any little things that they would never get tired of or that just makes you think I'm so lucky even if it's tiny things :)
