Where did my symptoms go?

I am 4w5d according to glow. A few days ago I had bad cramps and slight nausea and fatigue. Now all that is gone and just my boobs are sore. Not tired, not sick...what's going on? Dr appt in 10 days...

I had no symptoms at 4 weeks I had baaad morning sickness starting week 6 and it comes and goes now at week 8 it's always different each pregnancy and each woman... But don't worry! No symptoms don't mean anythings wrong just enjoy it while it stays that way you'll miss it!

Some days are good and some days are bad! Just hang in there or if you are worrying too much see someone sooner than 10 days and do HCG and Progesterone blood work.
