Boy or girl?

Went yesterday for my 12 week appointment and they ended up doing sonogram due to not being able to get heartbeat on handheld, stubborn baby. The head is on the right, dr pointed out the eyes. The heart rate was 171. Dr says she's guessing gurl, but don't start shopping yet lol. Any guesses?
