Reincarnation: Fact or Fiction?

I just read an interesting article about reincarnation. I don't know if this has been discussed or not. I'm asking everyone to put their religious beliefs aside at this point, but do you think it exists? Why or why not? Do you have stories as to why you think it's a real thing? Purely curious at this point as to what anyone might think about it.

And I do believe in reincarnation. I think that you basically get the same souls around you but when you die, they find eachother in other lives.

"The law of conservation of energy is a law of science that states that energy cannot be created or destroyed, but only changed from one form into another or transferred from one object to another." And that's why I think reincarnation is a strong possibility but I think what happens to us when we die is deeper than any of us can conclude. So I don't even try to figure out something so unknown.
